Very clean laundromat & they have very great customer service from all the workers & I’m new to Akron 08/2024 & they helped me get a card & load my money & how to use the machines .. I was in & out I visited this location over 5 times so far and each time was excellent services & vibes .. they have tv shows playing & vending machines for snacks & bags & detergent & fabric softener & bleach & they have books & coloring books & crayons.. they also have big detergents & bags for purchases at decent prices 5 stars every visit …. I’ll definitely return to wash here while I stay in Akron …

I had not used a laundromat in 20 years. Ended up doing laundry here while we waited 3 weeks for our basement repairs. Every employee I encountered here was very nice. Did not make me feel stupid for needing a crash course on the card system and the digital machines. They were very clean, too.

Spotlessly clean facility. New looking, maintained machines. Employee Bryanna cheerful, polite, helpful. Constantly in motion during my 2 hour time there. Asset to the company. Loyal employees are worth their weight in gold. Obvious that she has a good work ethic. She's a breath of fresh air in a culture of young employees where leaning on their shovels seems to be what they do best.

I love this laundromat so much, but if word gets out what a nice place it is, there will not be any open washers left when I go. Also….. PSA: Don’t put your clothes in the wash then leave the premises, unless you’ll be back before the machine stops. Dryers too. It’s so annoying when all the machines are taken, but half of them are sitting there full of clean clothes!!!!

I love their service. When I don’t feel like washing at home I come here. It’s a clean, friendly and affordable spot. Rick did such an amazing job helping me with laundry today! Updated equipment and in a friendly neighborhood

Due to plumbing issues, had to come to the laundromat today. Just seeing the outside of this one made me think it was going to work just fine. It's incredibly clean inside! I was not sure about the machines and the customer service staff was amazing to explain to me, the clueless wonder. It's all card operated. Use your own card or place money on a reusable card here that can be used in all washing, drying and vending machines. Different capacities available depending on what u need. Extra soiled options too. Magazines, music, tv playing cartoons, books to pass by the time. Other than the wow laundering got expensive factor, it's a good recommend place to get your underwear clean 😀

This is one of the nicest laundry places I have been in. The machines are modern, clean, and very well kept. The prices are fair and using the machines is very easy. While I was there, the associate who was working was super friendly. You can tell that a lot of care is put into maintaining this space and it made the process of doing my laundry feel all the more comfortable. I also really enjoyed the cool lo-fi music that was playing in the background. I absolutely see myself coming back here to wash items again.

Laundromat City can't be beat. The folks who work here are consistently kind and helpful. The space and the machines are kept super clean and the dryers actually dry your clothes in a normal amount of time.
